In welcoming you to our structure, we would like to provide you with a few tips to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
- Your room will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival until 10am on the day of your departure.
- If for personal reasons you need to extend your stay, please inform the Reception desk as soon as possible.
- In the event you leave earlier than expected, unfortunately we will need to debit the entire booking fee.
- We remind you that any eventual damage caused to the structure, including sporting facilities and nature areas, will be quantified and debited to the room account of the persons responsible.
- To ensure you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay, we kindly ask you to respect resting times.
- Management does not accept any responsibility for accidents to children who are not accompanied by an adult in all areas of the structure.
- We kindly ask you to inform us if you have any guests.
- The structure provides bathing towels in all equipped areas, we therefore kindly ask you not to use the bath linen outdoors.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
- Our rooms are not equipped to host four-legged friends.
- Management will not be held responsible for any eventual theft, missing objects or damage to valuable items and objects which have not been declared.
- Parking is free and unsupervised. Management therefore does not accept any responsibility.
- Failure to respect these rules and all inappropriate behaviour which causes damage to the harmony and spirit of the structure, may lead to guests being asked to leave, without any restitution of their booking fee.
- The cleaning and rearrangement of the room takes place from 9 am to 2 pm, if the customer does not find the room free, the cleaning will be carried out the following day.
- Management reserves the right to request any eventual damages.
